Equiberia Andalucía is based at the Cortijo La Corbera, situated 17km South from Seville and about 45kms from Jerez. This is the heart of the Andalusian horse country, surrounded by the best Andalusian horse breeding farms, the most renowned Doma Vaquera trainers and riders, and some of the most beautiful Haciendas of Andalusia.
This area enjoys an excellent climate, with very pleasant temperatures and sunshine in the winter months. The terrain is ideal for training and riding with natural sandy soft going.
Alfonso Gonzalo de Bustos is the owner of La Corbera, a great horseman, passionate and knowledgeable about the horses, the diverse equestrian disciplines and about the Andalusian traditions and countryside.
La Corbera is a top quality equestrian centre, with 40 excellent horses, indoor and outdoor arenas and a cross-country course. The equestrian activities based at La Corbera consist of riding lessons and clinics; trail rides, and therapeutic riding, pioneering this activity in Andalusia.
The Riding Holidays programmes offered by Equiberia Andalucia start and finish at this beautiful estate. The accommodation at the Cortijo is charming and very comfortable; 8 bedrooms built in a beautiful area of the finca, all with a private porch, and views of the horses and the peaceful open countryside
We also offer a programme based at La Corbera, for riders who wish to enjoy trail riding in this beautiful area, while devoting some time to improving your horse riding skills. The training programme will be adapted to your abilities and interests, and it can combine dressage, show- jumping and cross-country jumping.
